Essential Oils for Anxiety & Panic Attacks
If you suffer from panic attacks or anxiety attacks, then you totally understand the desperate attempts to rid yourself of them. Some people use antidepressants or benzodiazepines to counteract the effects of panic attacks. There are essential oils for anxiety & panic attacks that may help you. I happen to experience anxiety, usually in situations where my senses are overwhelmed from my RSD.
