Drink More Water
I need to confess that I need to drink more water. I keep myself overloaded in calories drinking coffee and tea all day. There are many health benefits from drinking more water. I know that drinking water is important for weight loss and I know that I have got to get myself in check.

I just recently came off of a medicine that made me quickly gain 15 lbs. My poor body doesn’t need to be bogged down with extra weight. So on my journey to getting back to a mainly raw foods diet, my first goal is getting myself back on track with my water consumption by using a CamelBak Relay Pitcher.
CamelBak Relay Pitcher, Charcoal/ClearCamelBak 3-Pack Relay Accessory Filter
CamelBak Relay 1-Pack Replacement Fresh Filter
This is a simple water filtration pitcher. You simply fill your CamelBak Relay Pitcher up from the tap and you are good to go! It has a double filtration system, so as the water goes in it is filtered and it is filtered again as you pour. It has a 10 cup capacity and there is really no waiting, fill it and drink up! I love the space saving shape of this particular pitcher. It is slim enough to fit in most refrigerator doors and easy enough for my kids to handle filling as well as pouring. So special buttons, lights or other gadgets.
They even come in several colors! Mine is aqua like the one shown below. But they also have red, pink, purple, blue and charcoal. The pitchers are made with durable and BPA-Free Tritan. The lids lock on and have a dial that lets you know when it is time to change the filter, which is about every 4 months.
Get Kids to Drink More Water
I have noticed that when water is cold and ready in the refrigerator, that everyone tends to drink a lot more of it and since it is simple to fill…well, it’s never empty! So, it definitely helps get kids to drink more water too!

I am horrible about drinking water, so I take old water bottles and put them in the fridge, but this would make things quite a bit easier for me. I also like that it filters, and looks slim, so it would fit easily in the fridge.
I am also trying to stay away from sodas — even diet ones that have artificial sweeteners. When there is cold water available I will actually drink it. I can totally notice a difference in how I feel when my water intake is where it should be.

I drink alot of water because I have Sjogren’s and usually drink at least one glass throughout the night. I like that Camelbak Relay Pitcher filters so fast since sometimes I forget to refill a jug. I like the idea of the Groove, being able to refill you travel cup and filter anywhere you are! No more carring several bottles when you are gone for the day.

Thank you for encouraging people to drink more water! It is especially important when people are in the great outdoors while camping and hiking!
I’m a water aficionado – my favorite is spring water fresh from natural filtering within Mt. Shasta in Northern California. However, now that I live in Idaho, I get all my water through a filtration pitcher like the one you’re using. My pitcher is getting old now… all scratched up – and I think this one is lovely! I might switch brands. Thanks for letting me know about the double filtration. Awesome!
