You know me…constantly thinking about that home I will have someday. The J-man will build it for me and it will be awesome. This time I was thinking about doors. I just got back from a trip to Austin. The home we stayed in was beautiful! The front door was made of awesome weathered wood. It had gorgeous door handles.
This got me into doing some of internet “window shopping”. I found Ironmongery had similar ones. So much to choose from! Luckily my dream home has many doors in it and I could pick different handles for the interior doors and entry doors.
Oh and some big door knockers! That would look really great on a weathered wood door. Kind of like a barn look to it. They also have hinges that would totally complete the look. Can you picture it? I can’t wait, until then though I will continue to build it in my head.
I have a feeling our dream home is getting quite pricey! Luckily for the J-man I am a bargain shopper so I will for sure find great deals when it comes to making the house pretty! I need to start a folder to compile all of ideas together.
