Club House Gravy making Tips

With the Holiday meals coming up I thought we should brush up on our Gravy making skills.  Gravy is one of those things you have to get just right or hear about it all day…atleast in my house that is the way it is.  Getting the perfect mix and blend…it can give you a headache!

There is a great gravy tips video that you can watch to get your skills up to par!  Making gravy completely from scratch can be a pain in the butt to get right.  An easier way to pull off “homemade” gravy is to add roast drippings to the Club House mix to make great gravy.
