The race is on, it’s time to get serious when thinking about gift ideas. When it comes to shopping one of the most difficult tasks for me is finding Christmas gifts for men and boys. I mean really, I’m a woman and a mother to all girls. I’m just not good at it. I doubt the J-man is going to go for some lotion and a candle, know what I mean?

I’m thinking adventure!
Not that I would be able to do it this year, but it is something to think about in the future. Something like flying lessons, or maybe parasailing! Something that he wouldn’t do for himself, but would totally be stoked to do!
The J-man has talked about how cool it would be to learn to fly. Imagine how cool it would be to open a box on Christmas morning that says you get to learn to fly! Learning a new skill that a lot of people would never get to do. Or maybe a helicopter ride over the city!
After getting back from ziplining my thoughts on gifts has changed from “stuff” to experiences!
I would much rather have an awesome. amazing experience than another box of chocolate covered cherries…
