Christmas Gift Ideas for Kids from Pottery Barn Kids!

12.12.2012 by Girl on Fire // Leave a Comment

Last year all Lauren wanted was an 18 inch doll that she could get those cutesy matching clothes for.  She was so surprised and happy to find this adorable red headed Götz doll under the tree last Christmas.  She is from the Götz Doll Collection on the Pottery Barn Kids website.
This year there will be a new friend under the tree.  Pottery Barn Kids is once again featuring these amazing dolls for Christmas. This year she is getting the Brunette.  Isn’t she adorable?  Lauren will flip out!

Gotz dolls started in a small village of Rödental in Bavaria, Germany that has been making dolls since 1950!

Lauren has played with her doll everyday since last Christmas.  She has dressed and undressed her hundreds of times, brushed her hair, styled her hair and has even slept with this doll every night since she first got her.

The doll is still in amazing shape.  I’m very happy with how well see dolls hold up to constant play.  I can see why these dolls have been around so long.  I  hope to continue her new collection of Gotz dolls in the future.

You can find a selection of Gotz dolls, as well as many other great Christmas present ideas from Pottery Barn Kids. Check out the suggestions below.

Toys for the Boys

Surprise your little boy with gifts that inspire a sporting attitude with Pottery Barn Kids indoor and outdoor games. They’ll have a ball with the Personalizable Basketball Hoop – it’s sure to be a slam-dunk gift – or bring the fun indoors with the Air Hockey Table.

Get ready to roll with Pottery Barn Kids vintage-inspired ride-on vehicles, like the Airplane Ride-On, Lionel Santa Fe Train Ride-On or Electric Mercedes Ride-On. The Lionel Pennsylvania Flyer G-Gauge Train Set is engineered for tons of excitement with actual headlights and authentic sounds!

Delight the Girls

With sweet, embroidered faces, the precious Soft Baby Dolls will stay close to your child’s heart, and for those a little older, gift them a collectible Götz Doll – they’ll be best friends in no time. Plus there are plenty of beautiful accessories to make playtime even more fun, including the Doll Jogging Stroller and Baby Doll Wardrobe.

Introduce your child to the whimsical world of playing house with the Pottery Barn Kids storybook-style Grand Dollhouse, or the Gourmet Kitchen including a sink that holds water, spinning faucet handles and knobs that click.

This is just a small selection of ideas! Be sure to visit Pottery Barn kids for a lot more gift ideas!

I received the Brunette Götz Doll as a gift in exchange for sharing the information above.  All opinions are my own and no compensation was received.
