Chex Mix Snacks Game Day get-together

I’ll admit it, I’m not into the game, but I love to have a  get together!

Chex has introduced all these new flavors of there Chex Mix snacks.  I always thought Chex Mix was Chex Mix.  Nothing fancy, just a no fail good snack for the masses.  Boy was I wrong…have you seen all the new flavors?

They now have 16 unique flavors ranging from Salty to Sweet!

So of course you have the Traditional which I think pretty much everyone loves.  But then you have Cheddar, Bold Party Blend, Sour Cream & Onion, Peanut Lovers, Hot & Spicy, Barbecue, Jalapeno Cheddar, Honey Nut, Trail Mix, Caramel Crunch, Turtle, Dark Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Muddy Buddies as well as Chocolate Chunk Bars!  Whoa, that’s a lot!

For our get together I served Traditional, Turtle and Honey Nut.  My favorite of those 3 was the Turtle…mmmmmm

I can safely say that nothing was left after the get together.  Between all the kids and adults it was devoured before the night was over and little miss Emma was begging for more more more……

I seriously almost made a run to the store, how could you say no to a face like that?  Alas, it was late and her belly was so full she was looking like she had a beer belly like my grandpa.  Out of fear of explosion I refrained from picking up more.

Next time you have a get together, don’t forget the Chex Mix!  Especially with the holidays that are fast approaching!  This is great to have out on the tables for snacking while visiting.
