Centrum’s Nutrition Possible, $25 AMEX Gift Card Giveaway! #NutritionPossible

02.23.2012 by Girl on Fire // 86 Comments

I take some vitamins, but really should be taking much more than I am.  It’s so hard to know what to take though!  Visiting the store is no help either.  There is so much to choose from that it is completely overwhelming.  Seriously, check out these photos…this isn’t even ALL of them either!

See what I mean?  Just too much for me to deal with!  Now thanks to Centrum you can get it all figured out pretty easily.  By simply completing the assessment on NutritionPossible.com you can get the answers that you need.

As you know I have some issues with my brain.  Yea, crack some jokes…but seriously, I do.  So I wanted some ideas for helping keep my brain somewhat healthy.  There is no cure for what I have, but something can and do help a little.  I’ll take all the help I can get.

The makers of Centrum® know that navigating the supplement aisle can be confusing and choosing the right foods to make sure you’re getting everything in your diet can be challenging. NutritionPossible.com was created to make nutrition information easy to access and understand. Everyone is different and our lives and needs are constantly evolving, so NutritionPossible.com provides tools and information to help you sort through the abundance of information and figure out what’s right for you. It’s a simple tool in a confusing landscape and focuses on three key areas

  • Supplements The key to nutrition is making sure you are getting the right nutrients. NutritionPossible.com has the information you need to make more informed choices about how to enhance your diet with supplements.
  • Food & Diet Sorting through all the different information about what to eat and how much can be overwhelming. The goal is to help you identify the right nutrient–packed foods to include in your diet.
  • Exercise & Lifestyle Taking the right supplements and eating right, while a great start, is never enough. That’s why the site provides a mix of practical and creative suggestions for things everyone can do to improve their health and well-being.

After taking the assessment my results were that I should take the following:

  • Multivitamin
  • Calcium
  • Phytonutrients
  • Omega-3

When you are reading your suggestions you can click through to learn more about each supplement.  It’s nice to know what I need and what it actually does.  It was also suggested that I take a 20 minute nap everyday as well as get to bed much earlier than I do.  Eh, that’s sort of hard.  I have so much to get done every day.

Once you have completed the assessment you can download a high-value coupon for Centrum® products.  I’ll be using this assessment as a  guide next time I head out to the store.

The Giveaway!

One Not So Average Mama reader will win a $25 AMEX gift card!

Be sure to read the rules for this giveaway before entering.
