CedarLane’s NEW Quinoa & Vegetable Enchiladas

08.01.2015 by Girl on Fire // Leave a Comment

I try to stick to a mainly vegetarian diet because I feel better when I do.  I aim for a Raw Vegan diet most of the time, but occasionally I want cooked food….with cheese.  This is why I was super stoked to try out CedarLane’s new Quinoa & Vegetable Enchiladas!

I have to be honest and tell you they were not that pretty to look at in real life.  Honestly, most food doesn’t look like the photos, so that is nothing shocking.  BUT these enchiladas were packed with flavor!  If you like spicy foods, then you will enjoy this.  They were super filling too!  I couldn’t finish mine!

With 12g of protein, 7g of fiber and 340 calories, these gluten-free enchiladas are a wholesome and delicious addition to CedarLane Natural Food’s line of frozen meals. Each enchilada is packed with quinoa, black beans, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese, as well as roasted Anaheim peppers, tomatillos, corn, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, yellow squash, black olives and zucchini—all topped with a delicious Poblano Crema sauce.

I will definitely keep these in the freezer for quick meals!

I received a sample of the product mentioned above to facilitate this review.  No compensation was received and all opinions are my own.

Wordless Wednesday

It was so nice to have a cool day and get out with Jenny to take some photos.  As usual we jumped in the car with no destination in mind.  We arrived in Lewisville, Texas.  Neither of us had ever ventured into the Downtown area, but now we are so glad we made that turn […]
