Last Christmas we received a Wii for our family from my parents. It has been a lot of fun having a Wii. I’ve said it before, we are not much of a video gaming family…there is just something about games on the Wii that are different.
We were sent Cars Toon: Mater’s Tall Tales new game for the Wii. My kids have truly enjoyed playing it. Morgan is 12 and Lauren is 6th and they have both been playing it. I have even caught the J-man playing it right along with them. It’s obviously a little easier for my 12 yr old than it is for my 6 yr old. She’s trying and with practice I am sure she will be rockin’ it just as hard. Even if she is not playing it, Emma and Lauren both enjoy watching as someone else plays.
The game is inspired by Disney/Pixar’s animated shorts called “Cars Toon: Maters Tall Tales”. The game brings Mater together with Lightning McQueen and all the Cars gang. If your child is a Cars fan, they will totally love this!
I love how the Wii can be like an old school game night! Everyone can get involved and it’s quality family time. The game has 30 levels, so it will be new and enjoyable for each of them for quite sometime. Morgan is having fun customizing the car and earning coins.
The graphics are excellent. I am so impressed at the quality of the images included on this game. Amazed!
Definitely keep this in mind for Christmas this year! You can find out more by clicking here!

I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Disney Interactive Studios and received the Cars Toon: Mater’s Tall Tales Wii game to facilitate my review.
