Binaural Beats for Chronic Pain
I’m not a fan of relying on pain pills. Lately, though, that is where I have been. When you combine all that my body has been going through, I don’t have much choice. I take the minimum that is needed to get by. I also try to find other things to ease some of the stuff I am going through.
One thing I have found that is absolutely awesome is Binaural Beats for Chronic Pain. I use them to help with pain, the horrible headaches and even sleep. They have been working great for sleep until I was put on Nuerontin…with the Neurontin I think it is wiring me up to much for anything natural to work.
Why didn’t I know about these a year ago?
Uses of audio with embedded binaural beats that are mixed with music or various pink or background sound are diverse. They range from relaxation, meditation, stress reduction, pain management, improved sleep quality, decrease in sleep requirements, super learning, enhanced creativity and intuition, remote viewing, telepathy, and out-of-body experience and lucid dreaming. Audio embedded with binaural beats is often combined with various meditation techniques, as well as positive affirmations and visualization. So far my favorite is the Pain Killer 2.0 application I have on my iPod. When I am trying to relax for sleep I listen to the De-Stress setting. It totally works. It’s a Thunderstorm with Binaural Beats and it is so relaxing! Another Binaural Beats application on my iPod is called AmbiScience Galactic Chill. This is music with Binaural Beats. Again, this stuff might sound hokey, but don’t knock it til you try it!
I’m thinking about getting the Delta Sleep System next. There are places online that you can get free Binaural Beats downloads! Check them out below. If you try it out, please let me know what you think of Binaural Beats. Don’t forget to use headphones and make sure you have them on the correct way. The beats are meant to be heard on different sides of the head, so you want to be sure they are on right.

I need to see if it helps with my migraines.
I still need to download these things and get them on a CD. I’m old skool. No cell phone, no laptop, no Ipod.
LOL
That sounds really cool!
Remarkable post on binaural beats. I’ve had seriously wonderful experiences while listening to distinctive kinds of binaurals. I’ve found I am enormously affected by binaurals that help out with paying attention and preserving content. In spite of this, you must be mindful of on a few of these commerical web sites. They come up with some wild claims. Binaural beats are not sorcery. They show good results, however you you really should listen every night to completely ascertain any result.
Pain Killer 2.0 works for my fibromyalgia nerve pain. The first week I got it I ended up listening to it nearly 24/7. I only took breaks to recharge my iPhone battery. It helped me through a tough week!
Then I tried the OutOfBody app and had an experience the first time. I won’t go into TMI, but it was awesomely cool.
Sleep Stream 2 also seems to work very well.
I’m not sure what the limits of this technology are but now I’m trying the Ambi-Science 100 Beats on the “Intestines” setting. Will see if that one also works!
