Yea, still on the health kick and searching around the net for more health tips for us to share. Sometimes eating the things I need to eat clashes with what the family wants. J is a pork chops, steak and taters kind of guy. The kids will pretty much eat anything I give them, but I would have to cook separate meals most of the time…ugh. So, usually I cook them all dinner then I have a sandwich or a salad.
Today I came across the Diet-to-Go Diet Blog. They actually prepare and deliver healthy meals to you! They have three meal plans to choose from.
- Low Fat Diet Meal Plan
- Low Fat Vegetarian Meals
- Low Carb Diet Meal Plan
The local service is available in the Greater DC, Virginia, Baltimore, Philadelphia/NJ areas and San Francisco Bay area. If you do not live in the local service plan, they do offer mail order nationwide.
This would probably be pretty great for someone that works full time. I checked the prices for 7 days of lunch and dinner and it was actually not that bad. Actually ,probably pretty perfect for those who work out of the home! You might save money with this instead of eating out at lunch and dinner.
The site also has a blog and forum, I’m headed back to read the success stories. I love reading about people that meet their goals. I don’t have too much more to lose and it is inspiring to read about people conquering so much weight-loss.
