5 Weeks of Fitness Camp for Only $78!

07.11.2011 by Girl on Fire // 1 Comment

Today’s Denton County deal through Juice in the City is for a five-week adult fitness camp from Start Caring in Denton (a $199 value) for only $78. Camp meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5:15 a.m. to 6:15 a.m. at the Guyer High School football field in Denton from  July 25–August 26.

Start Caring is a nonprofit organization that fights childhood obesity! They make money for the program by hosting these intensive adult camps.  Shellee Enfinger is the fitness expert that designed the camp.

The adult fitness camp will have 20–60 to a class with a 15-to-1 trainee-to-trainer ratio.  Before camp all participants will get a private fitness evaluation so that they can monitor your results through out the program.  They will also set you up with a nutrition program so that you can start eating a more healthy balanced variety of foods.

At the camp you will do yoga and Pilates, running/walking, strength training, plyometric power training, obstacle courses and calisthenics. This is on a rotating schedule and you will not repeat the same workout twice!

All levels of fitness welcome to join! I wonder if I could hang?
