This is a fitness program for women run by women! I know that would make me a lot more comfortable for sure. Concita Thomas, the boot camp coach, is a certified professional trainer. She also has her own experience with weight loss, so she is more understanding!
You can select one of the following boot camp sessions:

- November 27-December 17.
