I’ve always known that it was a great benefit to our health to consume local honey. Preferably Raw Local Honey. When the North Dallas Honey Company asked me to give them a try I was totally down for it.

Allergies have been really bad for a lot of people this summer. I know here in Texas that the lack of rain has really made allergies tough. At our house though we have done great! I know that is partly due to consuming local honey.

It tastes delicious! We use honey as a natural sweetener. I especially love adding it to our Raw “Ice Creams” and oatmeal! Morgan loves Honey in her tea.
