Denton, Thanks for the Fun!

Saturday we went and seen New Moon. Special Effects were definitely better this time around, but I liked Twilight better! Yea, I said it! I won’t say anymore though because I know a lot of people still want to go see it and I don’t want to post any spoilers.

I had a babysitter for the night, so we headed to Denton to Andy’s Bar on the Square to see some great live music! My husbands band HIT & RUN played and were awesome as usual. I even got a black eye! I think I just attract danger. Livin’ on the edge…that’s me! Tequila!

I came to the conclusion the other night that ketchup bottles are the soap dispenser of choice for many of the area bars. I have photos of three from 2 different bars now. One was even double barreled.

Oh The Excitement! New Moon and HIT & RUN

Today is going to be a busy fun filled day! First on the agenda is to get my nappy ass ready for the day. Then I will be picking up the sitter, yes I finally have a real babysitter!

twilight_new_moon_new_picture After I have the sitter I have to finish up any last minute details around here, do lunch for everyone…then…Jenny Lee, Hanna, Morgan, the babysitter and Me are on our way to New Moon! Yea, we were not dedicated enough to camp out like I seen those other people doing. Eh…no thanks. I’m not that much of a Twilight nerd lol (sorry Lori)! I did however buy our tickets for today on Friday.

After New Moon we will all head back here to have dinner and the mama’s and I are going out! My Husbands band HIT & RUN will be playing at Andy’s in Denton tonight. If you like to have a good time, then you should definitely join us!

I probably will not have time to post anything else tonight, so watch for my thoughts on New Moon tomorrow! OH, I got my Birthday/Christmas present yesterday! So I am going to try it out tonight. Something I have wanted for many many years! So excited!!!!!!

Wordless Wednesday

Halloween 2009 Morgan New Moon is coming out in just a few weeks! Morgan was Jane for Halloween. We scored the dress for $1.50 at the thrift store and the cape for $3 or $4 at another thrift store.

She is so excited to go see the movie, but I do not think we wil be going on opening day. I am sure it will be packed and I am not a crowd lover. I get creeped out by cooties.

We’re making a date of it with a few friends. Dinner and a movie, I’m thinking Chili’s for some Southwest Eggrolls…yum! Boneless Wings sound good too. Damn, I’m hungry! I wish I could go out to eat right now.
