Even though I don’t know what is wrong with me, I am still taking steps to be a healthier me. Trying to make better choices, exercise more and get more rest.
I found a site today called www.wellnessdaily.com that has a lot of great info and resources. My biggest problem with a pre written diet/meal plan is that I am picky! I noticed an article on the site for substitutions. I think that could be really helpful to me. I really don’t have the time to figure out the nutritional value and substitutes myself.
I really like how you can go to this one site and have all of this great info gathered into one place for you. You can even customize the feed in one area so that you see what you want to see. Information on diet, exercise, finding balance. It is all here!
I liked how many healthy recipes were available to me. Instead of using one source they use a ton! I think this is a great go to place for helping you find you own way to personal wellness.
We can all do it with the right tools, information and support. I know that these are steps I need to take regardless of what is going on with me. If I want to succeed I need to make changes. I know I fail a lot from lack of support, being home all the time and not getting out enough. That is all changing. I have plans and goals!
Right now they are running a contest!

There happens to be a new Weight Watchers plan called the Weight Watchers Momentum System. If you click my linked text at the beginning of this post you can learn more about this new plan that is designed to help you feel full longer. I found a lot of great info at that link and it sounds like something that I may try. I truly think that participating in a Weight Watchers program would help me retrain my body and brain on my eating habits.
