I can not believe how fast the Holidays are coming! I feel like days have been stolen from me somehow. I need more time!
I’m so happy that Sam’s Club launched its new Artisan Fresh line! The Artisan Fresh line is pre-prepared appetizers! This way I can spend more time focusing on the main meal and have more time to visit with my family.
The Artisan Fresh line will give you that “made-from-scratch” taste that you want and covers bakery goods as well as appetizers. Just reading the names make my mouth water: Artisan Fresh Spinach Artichoke Dip, Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia Pull Apart Bread, Artisan Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Hummus!
I actually think that I might get them all, how could I possibly choose? Plus, these kids sure can put away some food!
I’m also excited to see all the recipes that will be coming out, some even using the Artisan line of foods. Simply Delicious Meals is a great resource for recipes as well as tips on how to use food items from Sam’s Club. I love the Quick and Easy ideas! Then there is the Full Course Meal complete with recipes! I think I am going to prepare the Del Monte Green Bean and Bacon Casserole…yum!
Come join @SamsClub and possibly even me in the #SimpleSavings twitter chat on Wednesday, November 16th. It will be held from 7pm untul 8pm CST. You can view a full schedule of the @SamsClub Twitter chats.
I was compensated for my participation in this Sam’s Club promotion. All opinions are my own.
Last year was my first year to get out in it. By “it” I mean that craze called Black Friday. It scared me. A lot. There are some way insane people out there! Now don’t get me wrong, it was fun. Morgan and I running on lots of coffee and no sleep was quite the bonding experience.
There were some great savings, but were they worth standing in line freezing to near death for? Not really! We may still hit some of the after midnight sales, but no 4 am shenanigans for me this year! This poor body of mine just can’t take all of that again!
Thankfully Sam’s Club created a way for their members to get the best holiday deals and savings while being snuggled on their couch in front of the warm cozy fire. It’s called Connect & Save. By simply using your iPad, mobile phone, or visiting www.samsclub.com, you can avoid the crowds (crazies) and get your holiday shopping done in a simpler more sane way…no one needs to get all crazy!
From November through December 24, members as well as non-members can connect to SamsClub.com/gifts. SamsClub.com/gifts features a daily “Holiday Value of the Day” including exclusives online items, gifts with free shipping, instant savings and any other holiday Sam’s Club details that you might need.
Sam’s Club has also enhanced their mobile app so you can create custom shopping and even gift lists. I’m super excited that I can view my eValues from the app! I need all the help I can get being organized and efficient. Thanks Sam’s Club!
Be sure to utilize the Sam’s Club Click ‘N Pull service, I have talked about this Sam’s Club benefit many times! This is a savior for mom’s! Simply add the products you need and when you get to the store the next day they are all ready and waiting for you!
Sam’s Club also offers a special Buy of the Day where you receive an alert in your inbox everyday showcasing an item that is on sale.
Learn more about these sanity savers at www.samsclub.com, the Sam’s Club Facebook page and on Twitter!
So what are your shopping plans? Will you be taking advantage of online shopping?

Sam’s Club wants to help you make the best use of your Membership this holiday season! To do so they have scheduled a series of Twitter chats dedicated to Healthy Living Made Simple and Simplifying the Holiday Season.
Sam’s Club is also where I go to get my many prescriptions filled. They are cheaper than any other pharmacy I have checked. I have also taken part in Sam’s Clubs free Health and Wellness Events.
The Twitter parties will be hosted Wednesday evenings at 5pm PT. To join in on the conversations simply follow @samsclub and use the #SimpleSavings hashtag while you chat and you could win some great prizes!

Can you believe that Thanksgiving and Christmas are right around the corner? Once again I am behind and did not get my shopping done by October as I swear I will do every year.
One thing that I do miss about not living in Michigan anymore is family! Around the Holidays we always got together. One thing I looked forward to was the gag gifts. Everyone would draw a name and have to get that person a silly gift. One year when I was about 15 or 16 I was given this huge hoop made from metal. Read More→
