I have tried and tried and tried some more to get a photo that I loved of a Dragon Fly. Time and time again I failed. It’s not easy, try it! Those little buggers are so fast. By the time you frame and focus they are on the run again. I don’t think they rest…ever.
But on Mother’s Day I did it! I finally got my perfect shot of a Dragon Fly! Not only did I get one shot, but several! Maybe he was old and lazy? Who knows, I just know I got it and I am so stoked over it. I hope you like my shots of the Dragon Fly.

GREAT shot! I actually caught a shot of one once too. It was a complete fluke by the pool. I think it was sleeping! LOL I got closer and took several photos and it never moved.. when I was done it flew away with a “thank you miss paparazzi” attitude. LOL
