Most days I totally forget to eat until close to dinner time. I consume coffee and for some reason that makes me feel as though I don’t need to eat. Thing is, I do need to eat.
I was sent belVita Breakfast Biscuits to try out from Kraft. They are available in Blueberry, Golden Oat and Apple Cinnamon. I’ve been back to doing a mainly raw food diet and what isn’t raw is still almost completely Vegan. I did however fit these into my mornings to try them out. They contain no high fructose corn syrup, no partially hydrogenated oils, and no artificial flavors or sweeteners. That made me feel a bit better about trying them out.
They contain 18-20g whole grains per serving and a serving is 4 biscuits. They are also a good source of fiber and four B vitamins.
I’ll tell you what, those little biscuits are filling! I kind of had to spread it out over the morning while enjoying it with my coffee. It doesn’t seem like it’s much food, but they are super filling.
