I have to be honest and tell you that I am not normally a fan of instant coffee. It has to be REALLY good for me to call it coffee. Let me tell you….oh my…this stuff is…Spectacular! Amazing! Delicious! It is the B.O.M.B and I don’t even use that term.
My opinion on instant coffee has changed. I have a new addiction. Nescafe Peppermint Mocha is the perfect holiday drink! We made ours with heavy cream and sugar. Dang, I’m going to have to go make one right now, posting about it has me craving it! I think it would be great as a blended ice drink! YUM! Oh, I even had some with mini marshmallows the other night!

I like to add hazelnut syrup, but enjoy the pumpkin spice that’s available this time of year.
I like to brew up a cup of coffee, then add a packet of hot chocolate mix to it! Yummy!
