Yoplait Chocolate Banana Smoothie Review and Giveaway #MyBlogSpark

How many times have I blogged about smoothies?  I couldn’t even count!  Smoothies are a main staple in my diet.  There was a period in my live (Spike, the tumor) where all I could consume was smoothies.  Not only can smoothies be nutritious, but they can also be amazingly good!

I have had the Yoplait Smoothies before, but the Chocolate Banana was a new one for me!  We have made chocolate, peanut butter and banana smoothies on our own before though and I love the combo of chocolate and banana. The reason I love the Yoplait Smoothies is because they are easy!  I like to have them on hand for a fast on the go smoothie. No ingredients to prepare!  Just open the bag!

The Yoplait Chocolate Banana Smoothies are only 130 calories per serving. The other flavors they offer (I have tried them all and they are AWESOME) are Triple Berry, Strawberry Banana, Blueberry Pomegranate, and Strawberry Mango Pineapple.  Yoplait Chocolate Banana Smoothies also have live and active yogurt cultures and deliver 50% of the recommended daily value of calcium.  Each package (located in the freezer section) makes two 8 oz servings when blended with 1 cup of skim milk.

Be sure to use the printable coupon for $1.00 off one package of Yoplait Chocolate Banana Smoothie!  Be sure to friend Yoplait Smoothies on Facebook and follow them on Twitter as well!
