I am so excited to share this with my readers! Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine is hosting a homeschool week from September 11 to 15, 2011! This will be the 2nd annual Homeschool Week at Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine, Texas. Great Wolf Lodge is the largest indoor waterpark resort in Texas!

They will also be hosting the following events during Homeschool week:
- Mobile Noble Planetarium – With only three in the country, we are proud to bring in the extraordinary program, Take Me To The Stars to Great Wolf. Enjoy this beautiful presentation about the night sky. Previews of the program available upon request.
- Wild Wonders from the Ft. Worth Zoo – This program provides a unique opportunity for families to learn about wildlife and conservation up-close-and-personal.
- Wolf Walk – Rise and shine for Wolf Walk each morning to explore the animals of the Northwoods. Join Violet the Wolf as she enjoys one of her favorite activities at Great Wolf.
- Story Time – Wear your most paw-fect pajamas to the Grand Lobby! Nightly Story Time is a great way to end your day of play at the Lodge.
- Scrap & Craft – Bring your scrapbooking supplies to capture your family memories. Complimentary craft time will be provided the kids.

One of the things we are most excited about is the Mobile Noble Planetarium. Some of my children LOVE astronomy and this would give them a chance to explore the planets without leaving all the other fun behind…..
I like that we can swim and not get sunburned!
Do you know if the “events” will be available to attend if you are not staying overnight there? Is there a fee we can pay to see the planetarium and zoo exhibits if we don’t have a room for the night?
