I did do a cleanse, a few times & I think it was amazing. I am going to do it again, soon. The cleanse I did was the Fast Track [from the book] by Anne Louise Gittleman. I lost a several pounds and kept it off because the program changed the way I eat in only 10 days.

I will check them out this weekend. The hair on one side of my head is falling out and the doctor said try vitamins.

I haven’t taken vitamins since my last baby. I took prenatal vitamins for 40 months! Now, it wasn’t all in a row, but after four full term births and one pregnancy that made it to 19 weeks, that is a lot of choking down horse pills.
