Triaminic has brought us two great online tools to help us and our families thru this cold and flu season!
The Sick Day Guidelines help you know when to keep your kids home from school and other activities. It was created in partnership with the National Association of School Nurses. I mean we know when our kids are not feeling well, but when do you keep them home and when do you let them go ahead and attend their activities? This will help you decide.
The National Cold & Flu Tracker provides a weekly data feed of cold & flu symptom trends by region, based on data from SDI Fan® (a source used by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). Why is this useful? So you can be prepared! It would also be helpful when traveling as well.
You can find both of these resources by clicking here. You will also find a coupon for a discount on Triaminic® products by following that link.
I love the Triaminic Thin Strips®. I feel confident because I know my children are getting the correct dose. It never fails with liquids that someone spits it out or it gets spilled before it gets in the mouth and you can’t just guess on just how much they actually got. This way you know it’s right and it dissolves so fast. You may think it’s silly, but I only use children’s medicine. I can’t handle adult medicines all that well, so instead I am all about the kiddo meds. I like the Triaminic Thin Strips® because they taste good!
Triaminic wants to give one of my readers a prize pack consisting of 4 boxes of Triaminic Thin Strips!

What comforts me is being able to lie in bed and rest and not feel guilty or stressed over what I should be doing. What comforts kids is lots of snuggling. Thanks.
When they sleep in my bed.
when i stay by their side and just talk or read to them it soothes them
