I work for Transitions Optical and it's great to hear you’re considering purchasing Transitions lenses again. As I'm sure you've seen with Morgan they are a great product for children. The lens are available in lightweight and shatter-resistant materials, such as polycarbonate, a must have lens for protecting kids’ eyes; automatically block 100% of UV rays and reduce glare -- minimizing the eye strain and fatigue that affects even the youngest eyes. While price shopping, you should also check out some of the national retailers, such as Wal-Mart Vision Center or Sam’s Club Optical, JC Penny, VisionWorks, etc. With kids gearing up for school many retailers are offering specials on kids’ eyewear fitted with Transitions lenses; I’ve seen the prices under $100 and some even with product warranties.
